We are delighted to inform you that RTO Baltic OÜ company offers RTO patterns in .saga format for SOME popular counted cross-stitch kits. If you purchase an RTO counted cross-stitch kit with a label that says "SAGA", it means that you can use an interactive pattern for stitching this kit. You can download the .saga pattern file using a QR code that you will find inside the kit. If there is no QR code for downloading the .saga pattern in a previously purchased kit, you can make a special request to RTO Baltic OÜ (Estonia). To request a QR code, please send an email to our customer service at: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

The email should include the following information:

- Kit item number

- Kit name

- A photo of the kit with the current date
